Personal Training
The first step in any personal training program would be for me to sit down with you to discuss goals, aspirations, likes, dislikes and worries.
A fitness assessment would then ensure that it is safe for you to exercise and set a baseline for your current fitness, muscular strength/endurance and flexibility. As well as helping me to prescribe an appropriate level of exercise for you, this will help you to monitor your progress towards your targets and see that you are achieving your goals.
All personal training programs are designed specifically to meet the goals of the client . It is therefore very important to me that I get regular feedback from my clients as to their satisfaction with their program and the progress they are making.
If you like the idea of personal training but would like to share the costs and the experience with a friend or two then small group training may be for you. If you have similar goals and fitness levels then you can work together to achieve them. Give me a call to find out how.
